A Rainy Day Photoshoot with Millie at Freedom Park
Freedom Park in Charlotte is one of my favorite spots for a pet photoshoot, with its gorgeous scenery, including vibrant flowers, a serene pond, and picturesque bridges. It’s a place where every corner offers a beautiful backdrop, making it perfect for capturing special moments.
Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Millie, an adorable 6-month-old pup, along with her mom, Morgan. Millie is still in her playful puppy phase, full of energy and curiosity, which made this session especially fun. Despite her young age, Millie did an amazing job posing for all her shots, showing off her sweet and spirited personality.
Though the weather took an unexpected turn and it began to rain during our session, we didn’t let that stop us. We embraced the rain, and it added a unique touch to the photos. Millie was a trooper through it all, and we managed to capture some truly wonderful moments despite the weather.
Sometimes, it’s the unexpected elements that make a photoshoot memorable, and this session with Millie was no exception. The combination of Freedom Park’s beauty, Millie’s charm, and the rain made for a set of photos that I’m excited to share
